Ryan Bauer
President
Ryan brings over 30 years of experience in mechanical contracting to Bauer Mechanical, with a background in estimating and project management. His role includes meeting with clients to perform estimates and budget analysis, as well as project management. Ryan holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and has successfully completed the Engineer in Training (EIT) exam.
Jeff Bauer Sr.
Vice President
With over 40 years of experience in field supervision of mechanical contracting, Jeff is the outside operations manager responsible for overseeing the completion of work in the field. Jeff coordinates with foremen, site supervisors and construction managers and personally visits projects sites on a regular basis. Jeff is a fully licensed master plumber, gas fitter in Maryland, Delaware and Virginia, and holds master HVACR licenses in Maryland and Delaware.
Daina Bauer
Office Manager
As the first voice Bauer’s clients hear when they call, Daina, with 10 years of experience at Bauer Mechanical, has a detailed understanding of the company. Her role includes clerical logistics, accounting, payroll, generating monthly job cost reports and monthly requisitions. Daina enjoys knowing she was part of the process on the work Bauer completes.
